Started as an attorney in the firm in 1988, became licensed in Iowa in 1989 and a licensed patent attorney in 1992. He is well versed in mechanic’s liens, construction litigation, tax deed litigation and trademarks.
- ROBERT A. “BOB” EAGLE.
He started as an attorney in the firm in 1947 and worked until his death in 2001. That airplane is a Grumman “Hellcat” which he flew in the Pacific theater in WW II. Bob was Elizabeth’s dad.
- EDWARD L. EAGLE, JR. (“TED”).
He was co-valedictorian of his class at the University of Illinois. He was also a member of “The Order of the Coif”. He started as an attorney in the firm in 1941.

He started as an assistant State’s Attorney and joined the firm of Sweeney and Walker in 1927. In 1941, when Edward L. Eagle, Jr. joined the firm, it became known as Eagle & Eagle.
